RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We only accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:

  • The item is damaged or defective
  • The wrong item was delivered
Customers must contact us within 3 days of receiving the product to request a return or exchange.

PRODUCT CONDITION

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • The item must be unused and unwashed

  • All tags and packaging must be intact

KLYO reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.

NON-REFUNDABLE SITUATIONS

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged by the customer
REFUND PROCESS

If a refund is approved, it will be processed through the original payment method used during the purchase. Refund processing may take 3–7 business days depending on the payment provider.

EXCHANGE PROCESS

If an exchange is approved, the replacement item will be sent after the returned product is received and inspected.

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the product is damaged or the wrong item was delivered..
